Feel and look great with our Fit Plan



We have 5 types of plans:

Complete Fit Plan: Includes all meals of the day, breakfast, a Green Press juice, mid-morning snack, lunch, mid-afternoon snack and dinner.

Fit Plan Without Breakfast: Includes a Green Press juice, mid-morning snack, lunch, mid-afternoon snack and dinner.

Fit Lunch and Dinner Plan: Can be ordered for 2 or more days. It includes lunch and dinner.

Fit Plan only Lunches: It can be ordered for 4 or more days. 2 or more meals are sent per shipment. You can also eat them at dinner and they last 3 days refrigerated.



You can ask for the number of days or weeks you want the plan! See the price table for each type of plan and number of days.

You can pause the plan whenever you want or just ask for it on certain days of the week, for example from Monday to Thursday. Deliveries are made the day before and include 1 to 3 days of feeding (must be refrigerated). We have two delivery schedules (from 5pm to 7pm or from 7pm to 9pm), the schedules can be reduced to one hour (for example from 5pm to 6pm). It is only necessary that you indicate us in the notes or writing to us what you would like. Changes to the menu are accepted in case of allergies or preferences of certain ingredients and we have a vegetarian option.

What is the Fit Plan?
You will receive meals directly at your home or office! These come in different sizes, below we explain how to choose the right size for your needs. They are prepared by our chef and we send them the day before they are consumed. Each shipment includes up to 3 days of the plan and is delivered from Sunday to Thursday at two times (from 5pm to 7pm or from 7pm to 9pm), the schedules can be reduced to one hour (for example from 5pm to 6pm). For example, you can choose your first shipment for Sunday to start on Monday, meals come in a safe container to heat in the microwave.

Our meals contain all the nutrients you need and are high in protein, at the same time, you will consume fewer calories which will allow your body to burn fat and lose weight. The dishes are varied, have more than 100 different natural ingredients, and rich so it is a pleasure to eat healthy! We use high quality, unprocessed or minimally processed inputs, complex carbohydrates, and we do the vast majority of things from scratch. How do I know what size plan to choose?
What size of plan to choose depends on the objective of each person.

If you ask for the Complete Fit Plan:

If you don't ask for the Complete Fit Plan:

The sizes of meals we recommend vary based on sex, height, and level of physical activity:

If you want to lose weight we recommend the small or medium size, the small plates have about 390 calories on average and the medium 550. If you want to maintain a healthy weight we recommend the medium or large, the medium plates have an average of 550 and the large ones 750. How do I ask for it?
Orders are sent by delivery, once you add the product to the cart you can choose the date and time of delivery that best suits you; We have shipments from Sunday to Thursday in two schedules, from 5pm to 7pm or from 7pm to 9pm (in the notes you can place if you want a range of one hour for example from 5pm to 6pm or from 8pm to 9pm), you can see our areas of delivery by clicking here. Learn more about the philosophy behind our meals
Our meals are healthy, rich and low in calories. We look for the perfect balance between protein, carbohydrates and healthy fats in each dish. Our dishes are already prepared and ready to consume with the proper dosage, with approximately 25% -35% Carbohydrates, healthy fats 25% -35% and proteins 35% -45% of the nutritional content. We have chosen these percentages because we consider them optimal for weight loss and muscle building to feel and look excellent.

We also opt for complex carbohydrates, since they are rich in fiber, vitamins and minerals, and because of their complexity, they take longer to be digested, so they don't increase blood sugar levels as quickly as simple carbohydrates, Since this produces insulin spikes that lead to the accumulation of fat in the body among other harmful effects on health such as inflammation of organs.

We use ingredients without or minimally processed to avoid the use of preservatives, dyes, or other additives that can have negative effects on health.
