Pre-workout meal
Get up about 07:30 and take a banana and a protein shake.

training
Between 08.30 and 09.30, do your usual daily training at a slightly less intense pace than usual, but trying to keep all your exercises and weights.

Post-workout meal
At 10.30, a bowl of assorted fruit and a sandwich of whole wheat or rye bread with a hard-boiled egg, diced tomato and natural turkey breast.

lunch
13.00 Two chicken breasts with garlic and parsley, and boiled carrots and broccoli.

Snack
17.00. An apple and a handful of almonds.

Dinner
To say goodbye to the day, at 20.30, baked salmon with green asparagus.

For the post-workout meal, you can change the natural turkey breast for Iberian ham or beef jerky; for lunch, chicken for turkey or beef steak; and for dinner the salmon by fresh hake or cod.
